TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 70816 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) Job Duration: 8 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15) Guaranteed Hours: Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty License: Compact or relevant state license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI Must-Have: COVID-19 Vaccine and Flu Vaccine (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) Job Description: - Provide comprehensive emergency care in a fast-paced environment. - Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care. - Participate in medical emergency interventions and critical care procedures. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. - Adhere to facility protocols and regulations. - Must be willing to be on call every other weekend. - Previous travel nursing experience is preferred but not required. - Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and competence. - Must have CPI certification or be able to obtain it before the start date. - Applicants must live over 65 miles from the worksite. - Ensure all certifications and licenses are up to date and valid. Note: Orientation consists of 8 hours of training.
