Come join our dynamic patient care team today!STAT Home Health - Baton Rouge, LA office is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our patient care team.We offer you: Excellent pay, Increased Earning Potential, Mileage Reimbursement, free CEU online accreditation courses, and Remarkable Career Advancement Opportunities.Duties:Assist the physician in evaluating the patient's functional status and occupational therapy needs, and assist in the development of the plan of careProvide services within the scope of practice as defined by the state laws governing the practice of occupational therapy, in the accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care teamProvide skilled Occupational Therapy at patients homesPrepare written summary to the physician at least every two months/sixty daysSet rehab goals for patientsGuide the patient in the use of therapeutic, creative and self-care activities for the purpose of improving function.Requirements:Must be currently licensed by the state of Louisiana and registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association.Have at least one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT)CPR certificationPatient service-oriented and time management skills.Exceptional People providing Exceptional Care.Only candidates with appropriate experience will be considered.
