  • MUST HAVE FIRST ASSIST CERT AND SCRUB EXPERIENCE
  • Must be highly proficient in cardiac cases
  • Mon- Fri
  • Unit does not accept first time travelers
  • 3 years min experience required
  • On call requirement
  • VEIN HARVESTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
    • Additional Details
    • Current/valid Drivers License/State ID or government photo ID required.
    • Copy must be in color, no black and white copies of document.
    • AHA only. RQI is accepted. Must check Unit Description to determine certifications required. If the UD is blank, please reach out to Program Management team to confirm certifications required.
    • Required for the following specialties: Nursing - Cath Lab, CCU, CVICU, Dialysis, Endoscopy/ GI, ER, ICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, Outpatient Surgery, PACU, Pre-Op, SICU, Transplant
    • If certification expires within 30 days of start, renewal must be completed prior to start date.
    • Must check Unit Description to determine certifications required. If the UD is blank, please reach out to Program Management team to confirm certifications required.
    • Candidates are required to renew their CPI cards through Ochsner.
    • Must be from Crisis Prevention Institute and must be updated annually
    • Upload within 24 hours of booking: Full color passport-style .jpg photo taken within the last 6 months.
    • Background should be plain, light colored, and unobtrusive.
    • The photo should not have any filters/emojis/watermarks or other altered features commonly used on social media. It is recommended to have another person take the photo.
