A company is looking for a Director of Payor Contracting.
Key Responsibilities
Leads contract negotiations for various agreements with health
plans
Manages contractual relationships with payers and internal
stakeholders
Develops tools to provide leadership with key contract data and
ensures compliance across the enterprise
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in managed care contracting/contract
administration
Direct experience leading health plan/provider negotiations
Experience with financial models analyzing health plan
agreements
Knowledge of and experience working in the California Managed Care
Market
Advanced MS Word capabilities and proficiency in MS Excel and
PowerPoint
