A company is looking for a Marketing Manager, Customer Marketing
and Social Media.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Okendo Champions Program and manage community
engagement
Develop and execute customer marketing strategies, including
success stories and testimonials
Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and performance
tracking
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in content production, both written and
video
Previous experience in a SaaS environment; Shopify experience is
preferred
Experience in customer-facing roles
Familiarity with AI tools for optimizing content production is a
plus
Strong time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
