Job Description:
A company is looking for a Life Insurance Case Manager to assist
advisors throughout the underwriting and requirement-gathering
process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage an individual caseload of life insurance applications
through underwriting approval and placement
Coordinate with internal departments and insurance carriers to
resolve outstanding requirements and provide case status
updates
Build relationships with advisors, regional offices, and
underwriting teams to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications and Education
High school graduate required; college degree preferred
Ideally 3+ years of life insurance industry experience, preferably
in a Case Management role or brokerage agency setting
Basic knowledge of life insurance products is required; running
quotes and illustrations is preferred
Life and Health License or Certified Case Manager certification is
a plus
