Job Description:
A company is looking for a Growth Director (Marketing &
Communications/ Gov-Con) to lead expansion efforts in the federal
government market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a targeted business development strategy for
government contracting
Manage proposal teams and collaborate on high-quality
submissions
Cultivate relationships with government stakeholders and industry
partners
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
8+ years of experience in federal contracting, particularly in
marketing and communications
In-depth knowledge of federal acquisition processes and
regulations
Experience managing cross-functional teams
Proficiency with business development tools like GovWin and
SAM.gov
