Generative AI team in executing customer experience programs.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure AI programs align with enterprise-level experience
principles for human-AI interaction
Develop customer experience strategies based on insights and
business priorities
Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver excellence in project
outcomes
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or Business preferred
7+ years of relevant experience in customer experience and
strategy
5+ years of experience in designing and implementing customer
experience education programs
Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops on customer journey
mapping
Practical expertise in AI/ML, with a proven understanding of the AI
landscape
