Job Description:
A company is looking for an ACA Account Manager 2 to oversee
client relationships and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships as the primary
contact for service-related matters
Plan and oversee the delivery of support and service activities
aligned with client needs
Coordinate the resolution of service incidents and collaborate on
business development opportunities
Required Qualifications
Four or more years of progressive Account Management experience
Proven track record of successful client-facing interactions
Experience in managing enterprise-level support and service
operations
In-depth knowledge of products and services related to the
position
Extensive knowledge of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and employer
compliance obligations preferred
