A company is looking for an Account Director to manage
enterprise accounts and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients daily, providing pre-sale and post-sale
support
Become a subject-matter expert on the company's AI products and
solutions
Manage the entire customer relationship journey, ensuring
exceptional service and support
Required Qualifications
2+ years of B2B SaaS tech sales and account management/customer
success experience
Customer-centric and relationship-oriented with a strong ability to
build trust
Experience in crafting custom solutions for complex B2B enterprise
sales
Familiarity with Salesforce, GoogleSuite, Slack, Notion, and
Zoom
Bonus: Experience in AI sales or account management is
preferred
