Functions
- Developing and leading the implementation of a long-term brand
strategy aligned with FranklinCovey's vision, mission, positioning,
and core values.
- Craft a compelling brand narrative that bridges our heritage
with a modern vision, unifying perceptions and reigniting consumer
passion.
- Analyzing market research to understand target audience needs,
competitor landscape, and industry trends, informing brand
positioning and messaging.
- Defining and managing the brand voice and messaging to ensure
consistent communication of the brand essence across all
touchpoints.
- Overseeing the development of compelling brand stories that
connect with the audience emotionally and build brand loyalty.
- Crafting compelling client-facing marketing copy that resonates
with target audiences and aligns with the overall brand
strategy.
- Developing and managing a social media strategy to build brand
awareness, engagement, and community among target audiences.
- Collaborating with other marketing leaders (Product Marketing,
Demand Generation, Public Relations) to ensure brand alignment
across all departments globally.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive set of brand
metrics to track brand awareness, perception, and return on
investment (ROI) of brand-building activities.
- Leading the analysis of brand sentiment and brand advocacy to
gain insights into customer and public perception.
- Providing guidance on FranklinCovey's brand identity guidelines
(logos, colors, fonts, imagery) to maintain brand consistency
across all marketing materials.
- Provide guidance to a team of associates focused on brand
development.Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or
directly related field.Preferred Skills & Experience
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or
directly related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful
brand strategies.
- Expertise in market research, data analysis, and brand
measurement methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and managing social media strategies
for a B2B audience.
- Strong understanding of the L&D industry and its
competitive landscape.For location-specific compensation:California
- Anticipated compensation for this position is $170-215k base
salary. Actual offer may be outside of this range and will be
determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and
abilities, as well as geographic location, internal equity and
