Job Description:
A company is looking for a Design Director, UX to lead the
design and user experience strategy across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Architect the overall user experience, ensuring alignment and
scalability across digital platforms
Apply systems thinking to create information architecture models
that support user needs and business goals
Lead cross-functional collaboration, managing designers and
influencing product development across teams
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in UX, Information Architecture, or related
roles
Experience with complex digital products, preferably in healthcare
or e-commerce
Proficiency in information modeling, wireframing, and prototyping
tools
Ability to mentor and manage a team of product designers
Familiarity with rapid prototyping tools and methodologies is a
plus
