Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Partner
Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and
executives across enterprise partners
Successfully onboard programs end-to-end for a portfolio of
customers, including self-insured employers and health systems
Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely
execution and stakeholder alignment
Required Qualifications
5 - 10 years of onboarding and customer-facing experience
5 - 10 years of health tech client onboarding and project
management experience at a managerial level or above
Experience with health benefits, health and wellness, or health
plans/systems
Proficiency with Google applications and project management tools
like InspirePlanner and Monday.com
Experience working with technical/data partners on data exchange
and file management
