• Development and implementation of strategies to improve patient engagement, managing feedback initiatives, and fostering a culture of patient-centered care among staff.
• Oversight of Guest Services.
• Supervision of the Centralized Call Center.
• Administration of Navigating Cancer Patient Management Platform.QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on patient experience or quality improvement.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence change.
