Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Product for Beauty
products (Salon, Spa, and Body Art).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with
company goals
Lead and mentor a small product team while driving hands-on
contributions
Oversee the product development process from ideation to launch,
ensuring quality and performance
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in product management with successful
product launches
3+ years of team leadership and management experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree
preferred
Experience managing a B2B SaaS product with 20MM+ ARR
Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies and
project management tools
