Technical Writer II

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Technical Writer II to create and manage technical documentation for product support.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and distribute service manuals for commercial products
Manage and maintain the SharePoint site for documentation storage and organization
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure documentation meets user needs and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in English or a related field
3-5 years of experience in a similar position within the industry
Experience with ISO guidelines and FDA regulations
Project management and prioritization skills
Knowledge of desktop publishing and graphics design software, preferably Adobe suite
