Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Energy Storage Network Engineer - Renewables to join their Asset Management Team in a remote capacity.



Key Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert for network management, control center design, and operational technology
Lead the design and configuration of LANs and WANs for integrated hardware and ensure security of control systems networks
Oversee cybersecurity processes, system recovery, and stakeholder correspondence with renewable developers and regulatory bodies


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline with a focus on Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering, or Automation Systems
Experience in OT network engineering commissioning and project execution
Knowledge of communication protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, and TCP/IP
Familiarity with network security measures and management of firewalls, including Palo Alto and Cisco
Basic knowledge of programming languages, including batch and shell scripting
