Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Financial Planning &
Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, supporting
decision-making and long-term planning
Lead the annual budget process and develop long-term financial
models for the company and business segments
Manage a team of Financial Analysts and Business Partners to
deliver timely insights and execute financial planning
processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management,
or a related field
At least 12 years of experience in a senior Finance Manager or
Financial Business Partner role
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role leading a
team of professionals
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to navigate complex issues and transform financial data
into actionable recommendations
