Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. UX Content Strategist to enhance
user engagement through behavioral psychology and content
strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Apply behavioral psychology principles to design features that
encourage user engagement
Conduct user research to understand cognitive processes, emotions,
and motivations
Develop and refine strategies for driving long-term user
interaction and retention
Required Qualifications
6+ years of relevant UX content strategy experience
Strong understanding of behavioral psychology and cognitive
science
Proven experience in designing user experiences that drive
engagement and retention
Familiarity with gamification techniques to enhance user
motivation
Experience in building engagement content in healthcare, retail,
and finance
